Verify a certificate

Manual verification

Use this if you cannot scan the QR code. Both the certificate number and the surname must match.

Format CLC-YYYY-XXXXXXXX

What a valid result means

  • The named learner completed the Changing Lanes training pathway on the dates shown, with the modules listed.
  • It is not a driving licence, Driver CPC card or regulated qualification — ask the driver for those separately.
  • We never show dates of birth, addresses, health, funding or contact details here.
  • Suspended, revoked or expired certificates say so and show no learner details. If in doubt, contact Changing Lanes quoting the certificate number.
